Gamper & Dadoni Interview

Our summer interview series is back! We’re kicking things off with the European duo–GAMPER & DADONI. Their music is incredibly catchy, and they’ve exploded in the melodic house scene in the past two years.

For people who don’t know GAMPER & DADONI, how would you describe your music?
We would describe it as a mixture between pop, house, soul & funk music.
Since the start of 2017, you’ve gotten releases on your label and you’ve also released your own music. What’s been your highlight?
Beside the releases, our biggest highlight was to build up our office and studio in Hamburg. This will be a new beginning for us in terms of productivity.
If you were forced to choose your favorite song you’ve put out, which one would you choose?
Nearly impossible to say, but probably its “Far From Home”.
What is your favorite part of the job? Least favorite?
The favorite part is that we can work whenever we want. On a warm and sunny day (which is not very common here in Hamburg) we can take a day off and just chill at the beach. The least favorite part probably is exactly what looks so positive at first. The time management is sometimes not easy to handle 😉
What’s the plan for the rest of the year?
To produce a lot of new music and see what the future brings.
You can collaborate with any vocalist: who do you choose, why?
Chris Martin – probably THE voice of our generation.
When you’re not in the studio what’s your favorite thing to do?
Playing & watching soccer:)
Anything else you’d like to say?
BUY your favorite songs OR stream it 100.000 times and tell 1.000 friends about it.
Be sure to follow Gamper and Dadoni on Soundcloud, Facebook and Instagram. We have tons of interviews slated for this summer, so get excited!
